<p>The Swedish Customs Service's seizures of e-cigarettes containing narcotics-classified substances nearly tripled between 2024 and 2025.</p><p>The authority is now warning about dangerous synthetic substances.</p><p>"You do not know what variant you are getting; you become like a guinea pig," says Jenny Åberg at the Swedish Customs Service's laboratory.</p>
